Australian-server practices use infrastructure entirely within Australia. For UK/EU clients, processing takes place entirely within the UK/EU.

No model training
Your practice's data is never used to train AI models. Patient conversations, clinical information and AI interactions are used only to provide the results you request.
No retention by AI services
Data is processed to produce the immediate result, then removed from AI processing services. Voice recordings are used for transcription and removed after processing.

Australia
For practices using our Australian servers, we use only infrastructure located within Australia. No data is sent outside Australia at any point in the AI interaction.
UK & EU
For UK/EU clients, data is processed entirely within the UK/EU. No data is sent outside the UK/EU region at any point in the AI interaction.
The same privacy commitments
Both regions follow the same rules: no model training, no retention by AI processing services and use only for the immediate result requested by your practice.

AI processing is temporary. Your clinical record stays useful.
The information sent to AI is used to create a transcription or another requested result. It is not kept by AI processing services for later use. The transcript and notes returned to Practice Master Pro remain available in your practice's patient notes workflow.
Consultation recordings
AI Scribe uses the audio to create a transcript, then removes the recording after processing. If an upload is delayed by a lost connection, the recording is protected on the device until it can be uploaded and transcribed.

The content sent for generation is used only to produce your requested patient notes, handouts or annotated diagrams. AI processing services do not retain it after providing the result.
